About ZIM Dividends

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (ZIM) is issued by ZIM. Israeli container shipping company — one of the largest liner operators globally with exposure heavily tied to Pacific and Atlantic trade routes. Historically famous for its variable/special-dividend policy (30-40% of annual net income), which produced enormous payouts during the 2021-2022 freight-rate boom and near-zero distributions when rates collapsed. Under the February 2026 merger agreement with Hapag-Lloyd, ZIM is now limited to regular dividends only — variable specials have been suspended. 2026 guidance withdrawn pending deal close.
